1. The products are packaged with certificates and manuals to ensure that users can use our products correctly. Product manufacturing and testing have quality records and testing data.
2. Our company guarantees that all products are produced and inspected in accordance with relevant national standards, and that unqualified products will never be sold. Provide a series of relevant valid certificates for the medical orthopedic products that we sell, and strictly implement the relevant policies of the "two-invoice system" . Our company can exchange the orthopedic instruments and consumables of the same value for free within 24 months after the customer signs the contract. After 24 months, unpacked and disinfected products without a certificate shall be exchanged after negotiation between the two parties. Products with flaws on the surface or used products will not be exchanged. Customized products will not be returned, and surgical instruments after use will not be returned.
3. If the user raises an objection to the quality of our company's products, the user needs to collect all the information required in the processing process according to our company's requirements, and fill in the form, and report to Party A in balck and white. Otherwise, our company will not accept the processing. The company guarantees to make a handling suggestion within 24 hours after receiving the objection from the user. Our company will archive the product quality problems and treatment results of each user's feedback.
4. Under any circumstance, the company will not be responsible for labor, materials, equipment, engineering or other related costs caused by the repair or replacement of defective products. The company's after-sales service commitment can replace other express or implied product quality guarantees, and can be regarded as the buyer’s sole compensation and the seller’s sole responsibility.
